These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites operated by Dunamai Media Enterprises, Inc. on the dunamai.media and dunamaimedia.com domains and their subdomains (the “Sites”).

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

2. Use license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Sites and tools for your personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any tool, except where the source is publicly distributed; (b) use the Sites for any unlawful purpose; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Sites or the servers and networks they run on; (d) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Sites; (e) scrape, crawl, or harvest content from the Sites at a rate that constitutes excessive load.

3. No professional advice

The Sites contain calculators and informational tools (mortgage, compound interest, debt payoff, inflation, crypto, currency, mining profitability, and others). All output is for informational and educational purposes only and is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, medical, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on the output of any of our tools.

4. Third-party data

Several tools display data fetched from third-party sources (CoinGecko, frankfurter.dev, public Ethereum RPC providers, Bitcoin network sources). We make no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party data. The third parties are independent and we are not responsible for their content, services, or availability.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITES AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE OUTPUT OF ANY TOOL WILL BE ACCURATE OR FREE OF DEFECT.

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL DUNAMAI MEDIA ENTERPRISES, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dunamai Media Enterprises, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Sites or your violation of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Sites that we author (text, layouts, branding, original code) is the property of Dunamai Media Enterprises, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Open-source libraries we redistribute (e.g., pdf-lib, js-sha3) retain their respective licenses.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage of dunamai.media for at least 30 days. Continued use of the Sites after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sites at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
